When I think of bad customer service a particular cable TV company that begins with C comes immediately to mind, but so too do a number of other large corporations who seem to think the efficiency of a computer more than makes up for the savings of an hourly worker. Most customers tend to disagree however and that poor customer service costs US companies over $84 billion a year in lost business.
