There is an old saying about seeing the forest for the trees. In our fast-paced digital world, we tend to fire off digital communications in code, not fully explaining and expecting the recipient to immediately get it. As children, we played the same game, called telephone where we went around in a circle repeating what the person before us told us. However, as that  few sentences moved from person to person the story somehow changed, and sometimes dramatically. Our text messages, our instant messages and our emails often don’t fully explain the full story and quite often are misinterpreted from our original intent. The folks at Sendmail and cpp have put together this infographic sharing how we should be better communicators via email.
