Many of us remember the days before mobile phones. We thought nothing of being gone for a day or even two with no way to be reached or for us to reach out. Flash forward to today where we have trouble imagining going the next hour without checking our smartphones. We feel so incomplete without our smartphones that most of us will turn the car around 10 or 15 miles into a drive because we forgot our phones at home or the office. We are not alone in the US.
