Tomorrow is April 20th, or as is commonly celebrated across America, 420 Day. While Washington state and Colorado have legalized recreational marijuana use, the drug remains illegal nationally and it could be quite some time before this prohibition of 76 years is repealed. While most of us laugh about “The War On Drugs”, over 750,000 people are arrested nationally on marijuana related charges each year. So, is America the pot smoking capital of the world? Nope to the dope. The US with all its pot smokers still ranks 11th overall worldwide.
