There was a time we all thought Microsoft was going to take over the world. There were certain parts of our digital world they did rule and others they still do. While Microsoft may not dominate every conversation regarding tech in 2013, it is still a powerhouse to be reckoned with, employing close to 100,000 employees generating close to $80 billion in sales annually.
