When we as consumers search the planet to save a couple of extra dollars how can we then complain that the local help knows so very little about customer service when they cannot be paid a decent wage? Retailers in particular are exposed to this predicament. Here is an infographic from Baynote showcasing how engaged various employees are in their jobs.
