Yes, I realize that we spelled ad incorrectly, thank you. We do however find the information in the graphic quite compelling as to how people understand advertising. As an advertiser I have listened for years to how people claim advertising doesn’t work, yet we all know it does. We all want that new widget we saw on TV, or heard about on the radio, and so on. How much is believable and how much is not? Bill Maher in what we feel is his best comic routine back in 2000 talked about truth in political advertising and made mention of how we hold dog food to a higher standard of truth in advertising than we do our candidates.
