I guess I am not as unique as I thought. It turns out that over 51% of people in a recent survey said they use their smartphones during their workout. I run on an elliptical machine while listening to music and reading a book on iPad. 74% of people in this survey say technology is improving their weightloss efforts either by using apps on their phone or by being distracted during workout by using their device.
