Google+ has seen explosive growth since it was launched in June of 2011. When this infographic from Umpf was put out recently, the numbers were over 171 million. That number appears to be closer to 200 million today. While users of Twitter are much more likely to share stories than those on other social networks, the time spent on facebook eclipses the other major networks…combined. Facebook users spend an average of 7.5 hours on the site each month, where only 21 minutes were spent on Twitter and 17 minutes were spent on Linkedin. Google+ users spend just under 5 minutes on the site each month. There is certainly more to any social media site than having sheer numbers, but is Google+ a ghost town or just beginning to see the use Google intended? What sites do you use most?
