A lot of talk online revolves around the rise of social media to the determent of all other forms of digital communication. We know of small businesses who have all but eliminated their website in favor of using Facebook for example. We’ve read of other businesses who have sworn off other forms of  analog as well as digital media to concentrate all their efforts into social media. Just as no one media in the old analog world of advertising was the be-all end-all, so too in the digital age does it make sense to spread your message across multiple mediums to gain the best traction and biggest audiences. What works and doesn’t work best for each business is up for discussion. A lot of it depends on how well you use the medium.
