Millennial Branding conducted a study of Generation Y Millennials (18-29) recently found how they interact with social media, in particular Facebook, varies considerably from their older counterparts. While Gen X’ers and Baby Boomers tend to create a much greater divide between their personal and professional lives, Gen-Y Millennials tend more to blend those two distinctions than any other group. Part of the reason could be their age and inexperience. Part of it could be they have grown up in an age when social media has been a part of their lives a better part of their lives.
