Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday have all come and gone. Only a few weeks till Hanukkah and Christmas. While we enjoy our holidays like no one else around the world, we also stay engaged with our work like no one else around the world. While most industrialized countries much more paid vacation time than most of us do here in the US (we rank 20th in number of average paid days off), almost 80% of us report we receive work related emails on holidays.
