You would have to have been living in a cave to have not heard of Twitter…There are roughly 200 million registered Twitter accounts and somewhere in the neighborhood of 120 million active Twitter accounts, meaning they are following another account or are being followed. With almost 7 billion people on the planet, that still leaves a lot of people who haven’t used the 140 character messaging service.
