Super Bowl and 1984

Those of us who have seen a few Super Bowls, remember the iconic 1984 Super Bowl commercial announcing the Apple Macintosh. That commercial ran (paid) only one time and is an advertising legend. It launched Apple into the big time and who today hasn’t heard of  Apple or the Macintosh line of computers. Well, Sunday, during the Super Bowl, Motorola will poke a little fun at Apple and the occasion of the Super Bowl with an ad for its forthcoming Xoom Tablet due out February 17th. While we are excitedly awaiting the Xoom tablet, this commercial is no 1984 competitor….
