PSFK, a New York City based trends research and innovation company has published some wonderful infographics about how we live and shop. The following graphic is the color of brands. While blue seems to be the predominant color, there are a number of very strong red brands as well. Not all logo colors are as deeply researched as one might think. When Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook’s founder was asked why he chose blue for his design, he replied :I’m color blind, it’s the only color I can see.”  Today some 500 million people see his blue every week.
