Hitwise, an online competitive intelligence company, reported that Facebook is the most visited website on the internet, beating longtime perennial favorite, Google. Now with 550 million members, Facebook dominates the web with 8.93 percent of ALL U.S. visits, compared to Google’s 7.19 percent share. Yahoo! mail finished 3rd with 3.52 percent with Yahoo! at 3.3 percent followed by Google’s YouTube at 2.65 percent.
